item as easy as possible.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Timeline: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving
your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with
all tags attached.
- Request: Email us at support@menzfasho.store or use the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your order number and the
details of the item you wish to exchange.
What Can Be Exchanged?
- Men’s fashion apparel and accessories (e.g., shirts, t-shirts, trousers, jackets, belts,
etc.) that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
- Unworn and unused products in original condition and packaging, per the requirements
above.
Exchange Terms:
- Return shipping is FREE for defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped
items.
For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will send you a replacement item or offer store credit, based on your preference.
- Products not in original condition or exchange requests made after the 7-day window will
not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Used, worn, altered, or washed items, or items without original tags/packaging.
- Undergarments, socks, or personalized/customized products, as well as items purchased on
clearance or final sale.
