At menzfasho.store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your men’s fashion purchase, our exchange policy makes returning or swapping your item as easy as possible.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  3. Request: Email us at support@menzfasho.store or use the Contact Us form. Be sure to include your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Men’s fashion apparel and accessories (e.g., shirts, t-shirts, trousers, jackets, belts, etc.) that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
  • Unworn and unused products in original condition and packaging, per the requirements above.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement item or offer store credit, based on your preference.
  • Products not in original condition or exchange requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used, worn, altered, or washed items, or items without original tags/packaging.
  • Undergarments, socks, or personalized/customized products, as well as items purchased on clearance or final sale.
